Deutsch group CD Cheryl Van Ooyen has joined BBDO/New York as senior VP-senior creative director on the agency's Visa business.

Bertrand Garbassi and Lance Paull have joined Y&R/Detroit, where they will serve as co-group CDs on the Lincoln Mercury account.
