The U.S. Justice Department is reviewing Microsoft Corp.'s plans for Microsoft Network, but the software giant defended as "entirely pro-competitive" its decision to include MSN access software in Windows 95. Microsoft intends to introduce the online service and computer operating system Aug. 24. Recently, Microsoft's proposed merger with Intuit was rejected.
