MS&L buys in Atlanta

Published on .

Manning, Selvage & Lee, Atlanta, acquired Lewin Communications for an undisclosed amount. Jan Landau Lewin, who earlier worked for MS&L, will return as managing director, replacing interim director James Gray. Mr. Grey will return to his post as exec VP at MS&L's New York office. He shifted to Atlanta earlier this year when the office's top eight executives left to form Jackson Spalding Ledlie. MS&L's lawsuit against former Managing Director Joseph Ledlie, Glen Jackson and Bo Spalding, which alleges the new firm was formed during company time, is pending.
