MSN MoneyCentral inks ad packages with 6 online banks, brokerages

Microsoft Corp.'s MSN MoneyCentral, a personal finance site, signed advertising sponsorship packages for 2000 with six online banks and brokerages including Chase Manhattan Bank, Datek Online, E*Trade Group, Fidelity Investments, KeyTrade Online, and Net.B@nk. The new sponsorship agreements offer users of MoneyCentral access to information from these participating online banks and brokerages in a single location, part of Microsoft's Everyday Web strategy. All six companies will sponsor the MoneyCentral home page, and each company will provide content for various pages. Terms of the agreements were not disclosed.
