MSNBC links with German TV network

MSNBC will launch a German-language version of its online news site in collaboration with ZDF, a German TV news network. The site, scheduled to open in August, will have a staff of 20 journalists. MSNBC will provide software, training and technical support, while ZDF will handle news reporting and content production.
