MTA loses appeal in 'Rudy' ad case

The U.S. Supreme Court let stand a lower court ruling that found the New York Metropolitan Transit Authority acted illegally last year when it removed transit ads for New York that poked fun at Mayor Rudolph Giuliani. Copy said the magazine was "possibly the only good thing in New York Rudy hasn't taken credit for."
