Prior to joining MTV, Ms. Li was managing director of the public affairs division at Burson-Marsteller China, where she provided strategic counseling to the company's multinational clients, including British Petroleum, News Corp. and Intel Corp. Ms. Li reports to Harry Hui,senior VP-managing director of MTV Mandarin.
Hubert Li, who is now responsible for MTV's advertising sales inChina, has nine years' advertising sales experience at Star TV, wherehe developed the China advertising market for the Star Chinese Channeland established three sales offices in China. He also has served asaccount manager in Hong Kong for terrestrial channel TVB.
MTV Networks Asia owns and operates three 24-hour programming services-- MTV Southeast Asia, MTV Mandarin and MTV India -- which have a combined distribution of more than 100 million homes.
