MTV picks FCB/SF for new campaign

MTV, New York, awarded its estimated $20 million to $30 million account to Foote, Cone & Belding, San Francisco, from in-house, in a bid to beef up its brand identity. The assignment includes network TV and outdoor. Other agencies in the pitch included Leagas Delaney, San Francisco, and Lowe & Partners/SMS and DDB Needham Worldwide, both New York.
