Murdoch says TW better not renege on deal

News Corp. Chairman Rupert Murdoch said he will take action against Time Warner if it reneges on a pact he says was negotiated weeks ago for Time Warner's cable services to carry the soon-to-launch Fox News Channel, Electronic Media reports today. Time Warner instead plans to offer MSNBC. Mr. Murdoch said that, in retaliation he is refusing to clear Time Warner's new Warner Bros. children's and film services on News Corp.'s dominant BSkyB satellite service in the U.K..
