Myers sees bullish '99 and '00

Myers Consulting Group, New York, forecast spending in nine measured national media will grow 9% in 1999 and 11.5% in 2000. It said 52% of the major national marketers participating in its annual survey of marketing executives said they planned increases in 1999 and 2000 national media spending and only 11% planned decreases.
