MyPoints files for IPO

Internet incentive company MyPoints, formerly Intellipost Corp., has filed to sell up to $69 million of common stock in an initial public offering. While specific terms of the IPO were not disclosed, MyPoints said the money would be used for advertising and marketing, sales, new technology and other areas. MyPoints runs the MyPoints and BonusMail programs that reward consumers for reading and responding to marketing messages or participating in other marketing offers.
