New York Life Insurance Co. selected May & Speh, Downers Grove, Ill., to develop a direct marketing campaign database for its AARP Operations. The two-year agreement includes data integration, enhancement processing, data warehousing and decision support for New York Life's AARP customer relationship management process.

3Com Corp. enlisted Harte-Hanks Response Management, Austin, Texas, to provide a single-source approach for its pre-sales teleservices programs. Harte-Hanks will supply support in marketing and promotions, reseller and partner programs, outbound telemarketing, Web-based transaction processing, and fulfillment.
