N.Y. SEES THE LIGHT FOR TIMEX

The Statue of Liberty is the leading lady in Timex's latest TV commercial for the Indiglo night-light watch. The spot, which broke last week, shows the statue illuminating New York with her watch after a storm knocks out the power. Production and special effects were handled by Digital Domain director John Bruno, who supervised special effects for movies including "True Lies." The commercial, created by Fallon McElligott, Minneapolis, will run on network and cable TV through yearend.
