Nabisco brands to ConAgra

Nabisco Holdings, Parsippany, N.J., today announced it has sold its margarine and egg substitute business to ConAgra, Omaha, for an undisclosed price. The brands--Fleischmann's, Blue Bonnett and Parkay--had 1997 sales of $480 million. Foote, Cone & Belding, New York, handles the brands.
