NAD's Priority Mail ruling to be contested

The U.S. Postal Service will contest to the National Advertising Review Board the National Advertising Division of the Council of Better Business Bureaus' decision calling for a change in Priority Mail advertising that would make clear Priority Mail is not tracked or guaranteed.
