National Discount Brokers links with Go2Net

National Discount Brokers Corp., an online brokerage and financial services company (www.ndb.com) and subsidiary of National Discount Brokers Group, will be the exclusive brokerage service for Go2Net, a network of Web sites. Under the three-year deal, Go2Net will develop and license to NDB.com a co-branded version of its Silicon Investor financial discussion boards. In addition, Vulcan Ventures, the investment organization of Paul G. Allen, and Go2Net have agreed to purchase up to 1 million shares of the common stock of National Discount Brokers Group, while Go2Net will receive an annual minimum payment of $7.5 million from NDB.com over the three-year term. NDB.com will be featured prominently throughout the Go2Net Network and Silicon Investor.
