National Media expands

Quantum International, Philadelphia, international subsidiary of National Media Corp., has signed a memorandum of understanding with Prestige Marketing, Auckland, to create a joint venture called ``Quantum Prestige.'' This would expand infomercial business for both companies in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. The proposed five-year joint venture would contract for new media time and share currently owned media time to market products developed by both companies, as well as distributing products through Prestige Marketing's existing infrastructure.
