Naviant to acquire Softbank Marketing Solutions

Naviant, a target-marketing company, signed an agreement to acquire Softbank Marketing Solutions, a division of Softbank Holdings and a provider of private-labeled, one-to-one direct marketing and loyalty membership programs to the technology and consumer electronics industries. The acquisition of SMS is Naviant's latest in a series of strategic initiatives to expand Naviant's ability to deliver Web-based value-added services as well as Web domain registration services.
