IntelliQuest is selling its IQ2.net subsidiary for $46.5 million to Naviant Technology Solutions. Naviant - a customer relationship management consultancy and services provider - and IQ2.net - a leading provider of online registrations and direct marketing lists and services - plan to launch a precision Web targeting business. Partners for the acquisition are TL Ventures, GE Equity, First Union Capital Partners, BCI Partners and Catterton Partners; 24/7 Media, New York, is both a strategic and financial partner.
