Naviant, a precision marketing company, announced a strategic alliance with infoUSA, a database marketing services provider. The two companies will enhance and expand a joint database of more than 12 million Internet-enabled households as well as develop new products such as a database of e-mail addresses. The combination is expected to result in an industry-leading database focused exclusively on providing valuable information on technology-enabled consumers.
