Naviant, Promotions.com enter marketing deal

Online purchase registration outsourcer Naviant entered a marketing alliance with Promotions.com, formerly Webstakes.com, an online promotions company. Under the deal, Promotions.com will integrate online promotion services into Naviant's marketing program offering consumers targeted incentives to register purchases online. Once a person enters a new product through Naviant's online registration service, they will have the choice to opt-in to become a member of Webstakes.com, now Promotions.com's media vehicle for advertising and sponsorships. An affinity program gives Naviant clients the ability to continue targeting customers with incentive-based promotions.Ad network 24/7 Media, New York, has a less than 5% equity interest in Naviant.
