Foot Locker is out and McDonald's Corp. is in as the National Basketball Association's retail partner for distributing its All-Star Game fan ballots. Details will be announced shortly, but McDonald's will support the effort with a consumer promotion, TV advertising starring Charles Barkley and Grant Hill, and Internet activities.
