NEC Technologies, Itasca, Ill., launched a $15 million campaign via Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopulos, Boston, emphasizing the impact of NEC Technologies' products on consumers' lives rather than focusing exclusively on product features and benefits. The ads will appear in computer trade publications and in The Wall Street Journal, USA Today and Business Week.
