Neodata takes services online

Neodata Services, a Louisville, Colo.-base direct marketing agency, unveiled Web-based services including Web order processing, Web customer service and e-mail transaction processing. Ziff-Davis Publishing Co., IDG, Times Mirror Co. and Wired are the first of Neodata's clients to use the Internet services for magazine subscription renewal. "This represents the beginning of Neodata's Internet strategy and capabilities," said Laurence Jones, Neodata president-CEO. "In the future we will be able to offer all our services online and accept transactions from a variety of sources."
