Nestle USA is slated to launch its first new campaign for Taster's Choice instant coffee in seven years with an unusual commercial to debut on NBC's "ER" April 9. The 30-second spot, which touts a new formulation, replaces the long-running "romantic neighbors" campaign. It includes multiple vignettes of people drinking coffee. The vignettes come together via special effects to form one image of a Taster's Choice jar and a steaming cup of coffee. McCann-Erickson Worldwide, Los Angeles, is the agency for Taster's Choice. Spending was not known at deadline.
