Netcentives, a San Francisco-based provider of loyalty and direct marketing solutions, inked a three-year contract with Trans World Airlines, New York, to offer a reward program enabling members to earn miles for purchases made from the 20 merchants in Netcentives' Momentum network. TWA Aviators ShopSmart extends the existing TWA Aviators program by connecting frequent fliers with multichannel retailers, TWA said. Members can register up to three of their own credit cards to earn five miles per dollar spent at participating catalogs and retailers including Eddie Bauer Inc., Service Merchandise, Sharper Image, Spiegel and Vitamins.com. Miles are automatically credited to the customer's TWA Aviators membership account with each purchase.
