NetFlix, a personalized movie-finding destination, added features including movie show time listings and a DVD price search feature to its site. The company also named Leslie Kilgore VP-marketing, from director of marketing, Amazon.com, and Ted Sarandos, VP-content acquisition, from independent home-video business consulting.
