NetGravity, Net Perceptions merge software

Ad serving company NetGravity, San Mateo, Calif., has teamed with Minneapolis-based Net Perceptions, a personalization software developer. Under the deal, the companies will integrate NetGravity's AdServer ad management and targeting software with the Net Perceptions for Ad Targeting personalization software. Joint customers now will be able to target advertising based on users' behavior.
