African-American site Netnoir Nov. 29 will roll out a radio campaign for blackshopping.com, its retail shopping site. The ads were created by Prime Access, New York, and will run in eight major markets, including on the Radio One Network and KISS-FM, New York. Total spending was undisclosed.
