Netpulse Communications, a company providing online access to consumers through exercise equipment, completed a marketing partnership and sponsorship agreement with American Express Co. Under the agreement, American Express will run an interactive advertising campaign on the Netpulse Network, and distribute Blue card "take ones" to major Netpulse-equipped fitness centers nationwide. American Express' Blue card is a low, fixed annual percentage rate card targeted at young adults. It is smart chip-enabled to allow for secure online shopping when using the American Express Smart Card Reader. Terms were undisclosed.
