NetRadio president-CEO resigns

Published on .

Edward A. Tomechko, president-CEO of NetRadio Corp., Minneapolis, has resigned from his post. NetRadio Chairman Eric Paulson will act as interim president-CEO. Mr. Paulson will continue to hold his chairman post, as well as his position as CEO of Navarre Corp., the largest stockholder in NetRadio.

NetRadio offers original online radio content on 100 channels. Ad-supported entertainment sites have taken a beating recently. Digital Entertainment Network closed in the spring, and last month streaming media content site Pseudo Networks (pseudo.com) closed while MTVi, which owns several music sites, laid off 105 people and tabled plans for an initial public offering.
