India Abroad signs deal

India Abroad Publications has signed an agreement with Chaitime.com to jointly create editorial content and provide cross-platform advertising and sponsorship package opportunities. Weekly newspaper India Abroad posted a circulation of 64,080 in North America, according to the Audit Bureau of Circulations for the year ending Sept. 30, 1999.

Title posts record pages

Sophisticate's Black Hair Styles & Care Guide, a 16-year-old publication from Associated Publications, posted its biggest magazine to date with 156 ad pages for the September/October issue. The November/December issue comes close with 150 ad pages.

`La Opinion' creates content

La Opinion will provide Spanish-language news content for Next Generation Network's E-billboard Espanol. The E-billboards are in Los Angeles retail locations such as 7-Eleven stores and McDonald's restaurants.
