News America Digital Publishing has taken a major investment in online pharmacy PlanetRx. Financial details of the investment were undisclosed.

News America Digital Publishing recently announced the Health Network, a joint venture between Fox's fit TV and America's Health Network. It also has investments in financial site thestreet.com and Juno Online Services.
