In an effort to expand its position in customer relationship management, Experian named Deborah Lowman-Zuccarini exec VP-chief marketing officer of Experian Marketing Solutions, Schaumburg, Ill. She will oversee all aspects of marketing and product development to offer clients a wide range of services including data processing, data distribution and database management. "There's a lot of talk about CRM at a 50,000-foot level. Our job is to help our clients bring it to an operational level and make it work," she says. "There's a whole range of applications for" CRM; the challenge is "making sure we stay focused enough to clearly demonstrate where we can help."
