His direct response expertise in financial services, gained at Signature Group and First National Bank of Chicago, dovetails well with his main object ive of practicing knowledge-based marketing by focusing on the segmentation, modeling and response-driven areas for clients. He also targets the financial services industry as ripe with opportunities for new business. Existing clie nts in this area include Charles Schwab & Co., Vanguard Securities and Bank of America.
