Alan Steele, new exec VP-director of database marketing at Draft Worldwide, Chicago, says, "My job is to grow our capabilities in depth and breadth." He's responsible for providing the technology backbone and vendor management support within Draft and figuring out how recent acquisitions are integrated into the structure. "We're seeing in our client base a growing need for partners that can implement relationship marketing and database marketing solutions," he says.
