As director of client services at Epsilon's new Washington, D.C., office, Kristin McCurry plans to use the agency's marketing solutions provider, or MSP, model to help three new non-profit clients build lasting relationships with their constituents. The MSP approach of "think, build, manage" provides the "opportunity to tailor-make the marketing solutions," says Ms. McCurry, who will work with the Association for Retarded Citizens, Easter Seals and the Epilepsy Foundation.
