Nina Pruitt's new role as VP-account group director in the healthcare division at Roska Direct, Montgomeryville, Pa., brings her home to the Philadelphia area and its "pharmaceutical row." She believes establishing a parallel between direct-to-patient marketing efforts and the patient continuum-risk assessment, diagnosis, trial of medications, repeat use, retention and advocacy-results in effective campaigns. "The programs that we do with acquisition, conversion and retention are directly related and very much in tune with where a patient is on that continuum."
