Bill Fusco, the new director of list and marketing analysis at Dickinson Direct, Braintree, Mass., says focusing on strategic analysis is critical to creating and implementing successful marketing programs. "It's extremely important. It's the key to [clients'] ability to set direction," he says. "We want to help our clients strategically in learning as much as possible about their current customers and their future prospects. In the end, that increases their profitability by making sure they're targeting their message to the right segments."
