Eleanor "Jake" Waddell is putting her sales and marketing experience to the test as the new president-chief operating officer of Loyalty RealTime, a 10-month-old subsidiary of Frequency Market-ing, Cincinnati. Loyalty RealTime uses point-of-purchase, Web and satellite technology to create loyalty programs that instantaneously recognize and reward customers at the time of purchase. "I'm really going to be focused on helping build brand awareness of Loyalty Real-Time," Ms. Waddell says. Another priority: generating new business in the four key categories of restaurants, specialty retail, hospitality and recreation.
