Wendy Lurrie spent more than 15 years in the Grey Global Group family, and she wasn't looking to leave. But when she discovered the integrated marketing capabilities of Interpublic Group of Cos.' DraftWorldwide, she saw the move as an opportunity to blend direct marketing, sales promotion and general advertising-three disciplines she has practiced. As exec VP-director of business development, Ms. Lurrie hopes to increase the visibility of Draft's New York office: "I think we are known primarily for Chicago, and I think the New York story has to be told."
