Finlandia Vodka launched the next phase of its "Tasting is believing" advertising campaign, a series of online promotional offers including merchandise, party guides and drink recipes, served via Unicast's Superstitial ad format, a form of pop-up ad. The ads will appear on sites such as Maximonline.com and Nerve.com. Mezzina Brown & Partners, New York, handles.

eBay-owned Half.com and Buy.com early next year will launch a jointly owned marketplace to sell new and used CDs and videos. The site, to be called Entertainment Marketplace, will combine Half.com's used products with Buy.com's CDs, DVDs and videos. Under the agreement, the co-branded marketplace will be promoted from both sites, and Half.com will feature Buy.com's new products throughout its site. Financial terms of deal were not disclosed.

Voicebank.net, Los Angeles, is rolling out an online solution to the voice-over audition process, allowing advertising and talent agencies, casting directors, actors, animation houses and production studios to access and deliver voice-overs securely over the Internet. Galaxy.com, a vertical search directory compiled by librarians nationally, is being introducing via a marketing effort that aims to bring attention to the nationwide librarian community that helps compile its listings. The less than $1 million campaign is intended to drive traffic to the Galaxy.com site and raise awareness for Galaxy's vertical directory sponsorship opportunities. No ad agency has been named to handle advertising.

The Premedia Technologies unit of R.R. Donnelley & Sons Co. launched AdSpring, a digital management system geared specifically to magazine publishers to track and manage ad pages. With AdSpring, magazine design and production staffs can access current and archived advertising via a Web browser for quick placement or pickup.
