Turkey's Ministry of Tourism, Istanbul, is inviting local and international agencies to pitch for a global tourism account worth $40 million. The account includes creative, media planning, public relations and event marketing for eight target country groups. The U.S. and Canada will get $4.5 million in spending. Agencies can apply for any one group or all the country groups.
