PersonaLogic, a company from San Diego, Calif. that makes interactive decision guides for Web sites, named Rob Raczkowski its chief operating officer. Mr. Raczkowski was formerly VP at AdOne, a New York new media agency.

Lands' End promoted David T. Zentmyer to the new position of VP-managing director, Internet. Mr. Zentmyer was formerly VP-corporate sales of the company's business-to-business division since 1993.
