EMI Music Publishing has put up its first online lyric catalog for professional music researchers. A search engine allows users to explore the catalog for specific lyrics complete with sound clips from thousands of songs owned by EMI. Users can obtain a license request form online and have the request fulfilled by e-mail.

Astra Merck is putting up a new site for heartburn sufferers called the 24 Hour Acid Control InfoCenter. The site supplements the company's direct-to-consumer advertising program for Prilosec, Astra Merck's prescription medicine for acid-related gastrointestinal disorders.
