High-speed cable Internet provider @Home Network picked computer retail chain Computer City to merchandise, install and support the @Home service through targeted retail locations in North America.

Computer City is the first major retail chain to distribute the @Home service.

E! Online and Microsoft's WebTV Networks have cut a deal for the entertainment company to provide ``enhanced'' TV programming on an ongoing basis for both WebTV Plus Service and WebTV for Windows 98. One of the initial programming features will be putting movie trailers together with E! Online content on the Windows 98/WebTV users' screens.

Walt Disney Co. has added audio streaming to its Radio Disney Web site allowing kids to listen to Disney music, newscasts for kids and live events.

Agency.com has named Daniel Gumport as director of application development overseeing hardware, software and network development behind the Web scenes. Mr. Gumport was most recently senior VP at PaineWebber.
