In the fall, Newsweek readers will no longer have to log onto America Online to read its digital version. The newsmagazine is in the process of creating its own Web site. Newsweek shares the same parent company, Washington Post Co. as The Washington Post, so Newsweek.com will share some of its content with the Post. Newsweek plans to continue its relationship with AOL.

Pixelpark, Germany's leading full-service digital agency, has entered into a partnership with Intershop Communications, a leading provider of electronic commerce software. Through this alliance, Intershop will provide e-commerce software for all Pixelpark locations.
