Software.net, a Sunnyvale, Calif., online software seller, awarded its estimated $6 million to $10 million account to Leagas Delaney, San Francisco, following a review that was handled in-house. There was no previous agency.

TSR Wireless, Fort Lee, N.J., plans to relaunch a successful June print ad and direct mail campaign. TSR Wireless Advertising Group, the company's internal ad agency, created the "Don't Worry, We'll Find Your Mommy" campaign that will relaunch in August. The wireless paging, cellular and digital phone provider has 200 retail locations nationwide.

Adauction.com has signed an agreement with Netscape Communications Corp. to sell ad inventory on Netscape's Netcenter portal site.
