Research company PC Data, Reston, Va., launched @PCData, a market research service that will track usage information on PC software and the Web. A free download is available at www.atpcdata.com.

America Online has cut a marketing deal with syndicated TV show ``Baywatch'' in which AOL will be incorporated into a storyline in a sweeps episode airing in February. As part of the deal, AOL is also co-sponsoring the AOL ``Baywatch'' race car which will race in the Ford Los Angeles Street Race on Sept. 7.

Volvo Cars of North America. Rockleigh, N.J., will start listing its pre-owned cars from about 300 of its participating dealers on AutoConnect's Web site at Oct. 1. Volvo's agency, Messner Vetere Berger McNamee Schmetterer/Euro RSCG, New York, will handle ads for the auto importer's site. Mitchell-Lindberg Taylor, Atlanta, will do ads for the partnerships for AutoConnect's site.

Fox Kids Network will launch a new site on Sept. 4. The site features Macromedia Flash 3 for animation and other effects.
