The marketing information solutions division of IntelliQuest Information Group and 24/7 Media have struck an exclusive agreement for database marketing on the Web. IntelliQuest plans to license its high-tech household information to 24/7 for two years to serve as the foundation of 24/7's Profilz, an online co-op database.
Washingtonpost.Newsweek Interactive and Encyclopaedia Britannica have partnered to co-edit and co-brand Encyclopaedia Britannica's eBlast Web directory service. The two companies' editors plan to work together to create an expanded eBlast that will be a new, yet-to-be-named co-branded version of the guide launched early in 1999.
